Greetings From The Institute Director Dear Parents: Welcome to the launch of an exciting new learning initiative for our region - The Gretsch Institute at Savannah Country Day with its June 2008 Music, Art and Dance sessions and July 2008 Orchestra & Band Camp. We are tremendously appreciative of the generous gift from the Gretsch Foundation which has allowed us to bring these inspiring arts curriculums into service for students throughout the greater Savannah region. As the curriculum designer and Institute director, I will do my absolute best to put your students directly in the path of mind and soul expanding artistic learning opportunities, as they study with truly inspiring musicians, artists and instructors within unique curriculums focused on meaningful learning opportunities. Registration is now open for the three, one week June sessions and the two week July camp. I hope your student will be one of the talented young artists who will be joining us for our inaugural programs in June and July. We look forward to the opportunity to truly expand your student's artistic and intellectual horizons.
